Formed in 1974, RESINFAB & ASSOCIATES offer a design and technical support service to the plastic fabrication industry, plant purchasers and end users.
We design:
Vessels
Tanks
Gas Scrubbers
Discharge Stacks
Fume Extraction Systems
Process Units
.....and undertake the required fully detailed fabrication and lamination drawings, together with the contractual calculations.
Write specifications, quality manuals (as BS ISO EN9000) quality plans for specific contracts and produce blank forms for required record keeping.
Design work to any code, principally BS4994:87 but also BS5480, Part 1:77 and BS7159:89 for glass reinforced plastics (GRP) with or without thermoplastic liner or the American Code X and NBS PS15-69 and all thermoplastic constuction, to the new British standard EN12573:00, which is based on the well established German - DVS2205 standard
Also we inspect, certify and verify such items during manufacturing and service.
And when plant failure occurs, we investigate cause and supervise remedial works.
